60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The best guarantee in the industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mellow purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will make it right — no questions asked.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at admin@buymellow.com or via our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will respond within one business day with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back using the instructions provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within approximately 10 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer).
- Processing time: approximately 10 business days after we receive your return.
- The original shipping cost is not refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Conditions
- Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of your purchase date.
- For subscription orders, the guarantee covers the most recent shipment only.
- Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the product or waive the physical return — we will advise at the time of your request.
- Bulk wholesale orders have separate terms — contact us directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at admin@buymellow.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
Your Rights Under BC Law
This return policy is in addition to any rights you may have under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and other applicable federal and provincial consumer protection legislation.
