Estimated Delivery Times
Transit times begin after order processing. Estimates are not guaranteed — Canada Post service disruptions or weather events may cause delays.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our cut-off time is 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed before cut-off are typically processed same day; orders placed after cut-off or on weekends ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain packaging — a standard Canada Post label on a padded envelope or sealed generic box. There is no mention of cannabis, CBD, or Mellow on the outside of the package. Your privacy is important to us.
Canada Only
We ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally or to the United States. You must be at least 19 years of age to order (21+ in Quebec).
Tracking Your Order
Your Canada Post tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Track your package at canadapost.ca. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, contact us at admin@buymellow.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with Canada Post and replace or refund your order. See our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for full details.
