These terms govern your use of buymellow.com and any purchase you make from Mellow Brands Ltd. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. We are a CBD and hemp wellness company based in British Columbia, Canada, and we ship exclusively within Canada.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase from this website (21 years of age if you are located in Quebec). By placing an order you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your province or territory. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the age requirement has not been met.

Products

Our products are CBD and hemp-derived wellness products including oils, capsules, topicals, isolates, gummies, and functional mushroom formulations. All products are sold for wellness and educational purposes only.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colours and appearances may vary slightly between production batches. We describe the cannabinoid content, extract type (full spectrum, broad spectrum, isolate), and THC content for every product.

Our CBD and hemp products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by Health Canada. The information on this website is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, prepaid Visa cards, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is processed securely and we do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship within Canada only via Canada Post. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders of $120 CAD or more. Full shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and packaging details are available on our shipping page.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are not refunded. Full details are available on our returns page.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on buymellow.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not: modify or copy these materials; use them for commercial purposes; attempt to reverse engineer any software; remove proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server.
